Due to high demand and traffic the processing time can be one week, and your order will be shipped within a week. So overall you will get your items 1-2 weeks after placing the order. You can contact us for any questions and concerns! We appreciate your support in advance!

Express Shipping Orders are 2 to 3 Business Days. Domestic Express Shipping is 2-3 Business days depending on your location. Domestic Regular Flat Rate Shipping is 5-7 Business days depending on your location. International Shipping is 7-10 Business days depending on your location. All Packages Delivery is with the USPS. Business days are Monday-Friday

Refund/exchanges can be made within SEVEN (7) DAYS.

The hair Seal MUST NOT be Broken! The hair MUST NOT be unwrapped, uncombed, not Brushed, no fingers ran through the hair, worn, or altered in any way for an exchange!

In other words, the same form/condition you received the hair in, needs to be the same EXACT way upon returning. If the hair is altered we will return the hair back to you.
