Shipping FAQs

Due to high demand and traffic the processing time can be one week, and your order will be shipped within a week. So overall you will get your items 1-2 weeks after placing the order. 

Express Shipping Orders are 2 to 3 Business Days. Domestic Express Shipping is 2-3 Business days depending on your location. Domestic Regular Flat Rate Shipping is 5-7 Business days depending on your location. International Shipping is 7-10 Business days depending on your location. All Packages Delivery is with the USPS. Business days are Monday-Friday

Exchanges can be made within SEVEN (7) DAYS for local purchases only in person at our Salon Boutique in Pinole, CA.

The hair Seal MUST NOT be Broken! The hair MUST NOT be unwrapped, uncombed, not Brushed, no fingers ran through the hair, worn, or altered in any way for an exchange! Exchange must be for a different length and/or texture.
